Heat of Damage

Heat of Damage

Local band Heat of Damage are known for their blend of melodic hard rock and metal that’s sure to tickle the fancy of many heavy music fans. They’ve been steadily building a buzz regionally since their inception in 2013, having self-released two EPs and performed at many of the area’s most prominent venues, all while receiving airplay on 98 Rock’s Local Licks show. The young group is now ready to unleash their debut full-length album Open Fire unto the world. Although the official release date is set for Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015, Heat of Damage invites you to attend their CD release show on Saturday, Oct. 17 at The Boardwalk, where you can pick up an early copy of the album for just $5. Also on the bill is A Mile Till Dawn, Decipher and Urd-Om. This is one of those “don’t-miss shows” if you’re into supporting good local rock bands, which we encourage you to do! All ages are welcome, tickets are just $10, and the doors open at 6:30 p.m. The Boardwalk is located at 9426 Greenback Lane in Orangevale.
