Judith Yisrael of The Yisrael Family Urban Farm will host a class entitled Herbs for Rebellion II at the Fruit Ridge Elementary School (4625 44th St., Sacramento) on July 5, 2017. Attendees will get connected with herbs on a different level than they’re probably accustomed to, delving deep into their holistic uses. Yisrael will lead the group on an herb walk and participants will be able to make their own herbal medicine to take home, as well as receive an herb garden kit and recipes for herbal medicines.
